Resting Wave Wellness — Breathwork & Somatic Practice with Molly Tanner

For the woman in her 40s or 50s
who has done “the work.”

You have read every book.

Done every kind of therapy.

You've renewed your meditation app subscription for four years and opened it approximately twelve times.

You understand your patterns with a clarity that "should" be enough by now.

And you are still:
  • Snapping at your partner over the dishwasher, and burying what you actually feel.
  • Counting down the minutes until your children's bedtime, and feeling guilty for the relief once they're asleep.
  • Resenting being the one your aging parents lean on, and hating yourself for the resentment.
  • Sitting across from a friend who is sharing something real and realizing you've been gone for ten minutes.
  • Posting "self care" under a photo of a body you feed and dress and carry through the day — but haven't actually felt in months, maybe years.
  • Being the steady one, the capable one, the one who handles it all — and wondering (quietly) what it's costing you.
And instead, you are:
  • Telling your partner what's actually bothering you — before it turns into snapping about how to load the dishwasher — and feeling the exhale that follows honesty, regardless of what happens next.
  • Being fully present with your children — savoring (most) moments instead of surviving them.
  • Caring for your aging parents from a place of fullness instead of depletion — with joy still left over for yourself.
  • Sitting across from a friend who's sharing something real, truly with her — and sensing a deeper connection that you didn't know you'd been craving.
  • Feeling so alive in your own body that you forget anyone's watching — too busy actually living in it to perform it.
  • Knowing exactly who you are underneath everything you hold — and finally having room left over to play.
  • Saying yes to the spontaneous thing — the bike ride, the ice cream date, the unplanned afternoon — without auditing whether you've earned it.
  • Dancing in your kitchen because a fun song came on. Just because.
If any of this is landing — please hear this

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not too late.

You are a woman in the most interesting decade of her life, whose body has been waiting patiently for her to arrive. And insight alone — as brilliant as yours is — does not unlock what the body has been holding.

Here's how we get there

Everything you've already learned about yourself isn't the problem — it's exactly what we get to work with.

This work isn't about understanding yourself more. It's about taking what you already know and finally letting it land — in your body, through breathwork, somatic practice, and real presence with other women in the same decade doing the same thing.

Your body remembers joy. It remembers what it felt like before you became so necessary to everyone else. Breathwork is how we go back and get it.

The women who do this work don't just feel better. They become Reclaimers — women who stopped waiting for permission and went back to get what was always theirs.

Become a Reclaimer

Breathwork & body-based practice for women in their 40s & 50s who are done living in their heads — and ready to reclaim their joy, their power, and the full, unapologetic experience of being alive.

A guiding belief

Your body remembers joy.
We're just going back to get it.

Before the performance, the productivity, the decades of being relentlessly necessary — you knew what it felt like to be fully, unapologetically alive. That woman didn't leave. She's been waiting. This is the work of remembering her.

About Molly

I turned 50 & finally feel at home in my body.

I built this work because I needed it and couldn't find it. I was a woman who had done everything right — the therapy, the journaling, the self-improvement, the reading. I understood my patterns with real precision. And I still felt disconnected from my own body, my own joy, my own life. The gap between knowing and feeling was enormous. And nobody had a bridge for it.

I found that bridge in breathwork. And then in somatic practice, in Reiki, and in the kind of community that only forms when women stop performing and start being honest. I came home to myself — not by fixing what was wrong, but by remembering what was always there. And I turned 50 this year more alive in my body than I have ever been. That is not an accident. That is this work.

I built Resting Wave Wellness for the woman I was a few years ago. The high-achieving, self-aware, slightly exhausted woman in her 40s or 50s who has done everything she was supposed to do and is quietly wondering why it doesn't feel like enough yet. She doesn't need more insight. She needs someone to help her get out of her head and back into her body — where her joy, her power, and her actual life are still waiting.

Our work together is about meeting you exactly where you are. No fixing. No forcing. Just breath, body, and the slow, beautiful work of reclaiming what was always yours.

What I know to be true

You are not winding down.
You are just getting started.

The second half of your life is not a consolation prize. It is the most interesting chapter yet — the one where you stop performing and start actually living. The joy, the power, the full experience of being alive in your own body: none of it is behind you. It's been waiting for you to come back and claim it.

Ready to become a Reclaimer?

Let's start with a real conversation — about where you are, what you're ready to reclaim, and which path makes the most sense for you right now. No pressure. No pitch. Just two women talking.
